Main Components
25 m basic jib. Extension up to 70 m in 2.5 m steps. With trolley gear in jib element 1. Slewing frame with 2 slewing drives, electrical central lubrication and slip ring system, operator’s cabin platform with switch cabin. Counter jib with counterweights and hoist winch.
Drive Technique
All drives frequency controlled squirrel cage motors, full thermal protection. Hoisting winch with 67 kW, hoisting gear with performance optimization and performance reduction option. Slewing gear with electrically operated weathervaning device. Automatic wind force compensation controls.
Electrical Equipment
Voltage monitoring. Electronic safety crane controls with bus technology. Incremental absolute encoders for all operating movements. Electronic load measuring and wind indicator. Multilingual graphic display with touchscreen. Signal lights on driver‘s cabin platform.
Safety Devices
Electronic overload protection with WOLFF Boost. Increased load moment limitation due to automatic hoist speed reduction. Menu-guided setting of overload protection system, working space limiter and all limiters from operator’s cabin. Anti-collision interface. WOLFF Link data transfer system.
Tower Elements, Climbing Device
Tower connection UV 20 / TV 20. Tower configuration of WOLFF system tower elements. WOLFF slug bolt connection. Detachable hydraulic WOLFF system climbing device or WOLFF internal climbing system.
Mobile Cross Frame KRF
WOLFF mobile cross frame KRF with 6.0 m - 10.0 m gauge.
Cross Frame KR
For stationary installation. Cross frames KR can be converted to KRF.
